About Me

I am wife to my wonderful husband, mother to two adult children and Nana to one special granddaughter. I also share my heart and my home with several furbabies. Being creative doesn't come easily to me, but I love to try.

~Better late than never??

Back in September, I attended Circle Mania - a cropping event - in Atlanta, Georgia.  One of the Make n' Takes taught by Rockin Renee was a Halloween mini album assembled using black file folders.  Well Renee held this tutorial pretty late in the evening (and it's a lengthy project!) and halfway through I realized that some of my pages were upside down and backward.  :-(  Needless to say, I was frustrated, so I put everything back in the kit and brought it home with me vowing to complete it someday.

Today is the day!  Over on the Cricut Circle Message Board,  our resident enabler Sara has been posting Stashing through the Snow challenges for the last couple of weeks.  This week it was to set aside time and work on something you've been putting off.  So I pulled out that box of file folders I bought when I got back from Mania, dug that kit out, found the pictures I took of Renee's mini in September and hunted down the original Youtube tutorial and got busy.

My Halloween mini album.

Now I just need to find all of Tacoah's Halloween pictures and get them into this mini.
Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I love it. You did a great job. And the mice cream and contaminated carmel made me giggle ;)

  2. You did a great job finishing it. I'll tell you a secret - mine doesn't have pictures in it yet either.

I treasure each comment. Thank you for taking the time to leave me some love!
